Tax Services
Tax Preparation
We assist hundreds of individuals and businesses each year in the filing of their
federal and state tax returns. We prepare returns for individuals, partnerships,
corporations, limited liability companies, estates, trusts, not for profit organizations
and retirement plans. Our extensive library and CD-ROM research services ensure that we
research and apply all allowable deductions, exemptions and credits. We also have the
capability to file your return electronically.
Tax Consulting
We are available year-round to consult with you on issues that may result in
significant tax consequences. We stress tax planning in order to develop strategies for
minimizing your tax liability.
Representation
We will be your advocate and will represent you before the Internal Revenue Service or
other tax authorities. We can assist you with delinquent tax returns, garnishments,
levies, seizures, penalty removal and offers in compromise.
Bookkeeping
Our bookkeeping services include reconciliation of bank accounts, recording of receipts
and disbursements, the preparation of a general ledger, trial balance, payroll tax
reports, and preparation of compiled financial statements. All quarterly and annual
payroll tax returns can be prepared by us as well as W2s and 1099 forms.
Our bookkeeping services can be customized to meet your specific needs and, in many
instances, are less costly than employing your own staff.
Business Valuations/Litigation Support Services
We support the legal profession in and out of the courtroom by providing a full range
of financial and litigation support services including the preparation of financial
exhibits and expert testimony for matrimonial matters, business losses, business
valuation, business dissolution and business mergers and acquisitions.
If the need arises we can prepare a valuation of your business and provide expert
testimony regarding business valuation issues.
Bill McDavid & Tricia Cucchiara have earned the coveted Certified Valuation Analyst
(CVA) designation from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA).
